Syncro alternative for MSPs that want unlimited RMM endpoints
Both platforms remove per-endpoint RMM charges, but they are not equivalent products. Syncro combines mature RMM, PSA, billing, and broader platform support. Nizlo is an earlier-stage, Windows-first RMM with a lower disclosed small-team entry price.
The honest short version
Syncro is the stronger shortlist choice when an MSP wants its RMM, ticketing, PSA, billing, payments, integrations, and broader device coverage in one established platform. Nizlo does not claim that breadth. Its narrower case is a small Windows-first team that already handles the surrounding business workflow elsewhere and wants to test flat, unlimited-endpoint RMM economics.
Pricing unit
Syncro: Per technician; managed endpoints are unlimited under every MSP plan.
Nizlo: Flat plan includes one technician and unlimited RMM endpoints; each additional technician is $15/month.
Public MSP pricing
Syncro: Core is $129/user/month annually or $159 monthly. Team is $179/user/month annually or $209 monthly.
Nizlo: $59/month Core, $79/month Scale, or $99/month Suite.
Trial
Syncro: 14 days without a credit card; Syncro says the trial has full platform access without feature limitations.
Nizlo: 14 days without a credit card.
RMM and PSA
Syncro: Full RMM and PSA in both MSP plans, including estimates, invoicing, payments, and recurring billing automation.
Nizlo: Windows-first RMM with a ticketing foundation; no claim of full PSA or billing parity.
Endpoint platforms
Syncro: Windows, macOS, and Linux agents, with capability differences documented by operating system; network-device monitoring is also supported.
Nizlo: Windows x64 generally available; macOS packaging is still in acceptance and Linux is planned.
Microsoft 365
Syncro: The Team plan adds Syncro's full Microsoft 365 security and identity-management suite.
Nizlo: No claim of an equivalent Microsoft 365 management suite.

These figures use currently displayed base prices before taxes, add-ons, transaction charges, discounts, or external tools. They compare bills—not capability equivalence.
Syncro is the stronger fit when
You need an integrated MSP operating system
- full PSA, help desk, estimates, invoicing, payments, and recurring billing are immediate requirements
- Windows, macOS, Linux, or network-device operations are needed today
- Microsoft 365 security and identity workflows belong in the same platform
- an established support, integration, and onboarding ecosystem matters more than the lowest entry price
Nizlo may be worth testing when
Your immediate scope is Windows-first RMM
- PSA and billing are already handled elsewhere or are not currently required
- a small team wants unlimited RMM endpoints and a lower disclosed entry price
- additional technician access at $15/month fits the team structure
- a controlled early-product pilot and direct product influence are acceptable
Run the same pilot in both products
Begin with authorized lab or noncritical systems. Define the expected outcome, preserve evidence, and include the business workflows that could materially change complete operating cost.
Windows-first founding pilot
Evaluate Nizlo for 14 days without a credit card.
Qualified MSP and IT operators can test real workflows and report bugs, missing capabilities, onboarding friction, and trust barriers. Founding Tester discounts are awarded by successful paid-upgrade order: the first five receive 75% off for life, the next five 50%, and the next ten 25%. Applying or starting a trial does not reserve a position.
