The honest short version

Datto RMM is the stronger shortlist choice when platform breadth, mature automation, network visibility, Autotask integration, and an established support operation matter most. Run the same pilot in both products

Begin with authorized lab or noncritical systems. Define the expected outcome, preserve evidence, and include commercial and ecosystem dependencies that could change the final decision.
